Module 5: Post-Award Evaluation: From Plan to Practice

Purpose: This module guides learners through the first steps after funding, revisiting the proposed evaluation plan, assigning responsibilities within resource constraints, and developing a feasible implementation strategy using common data collection tools. 

Learning Objectives: By the end of this module, learners will be able to: 

• Revisit and adapt funded evaluation plans to align with post-award realities, staffing, and resources. 

• Define roles and responsibilities for evaluation activities in the absence of dedicated evaluator funding. 

• Develop and implement a practical evaluation plan using appropriate data collection tools and methods.
